Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Deutz Reserve Dele. We are committed to providing high-quality, genuine Deutz spare parts. Because we deal with precision engine components, our return and refund process follows strict guidelines to protect both our customers and our inventory quality.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
- The part must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- A return is only accepted if the item is:
- Incorrect due to our error (wrong item shipped)
- Damaged during shipping
- Proven defective from the manufacturer
Items that have been installed, tested, opened, or used are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain product integrity and safety, we do not accept returns on:
- Electrical parts (sensors, ECUs, alternators, starters)
- Custom orders or special-order items
- Items purchased on clearance
- Products that show signs of installation or handling
- Engine parts contaminated with oil, fuel, or debris
These policies protect product quality and prevent resale of compromised components.
3. Incorrect Item Ordered by Customer
If the customer orders the wrong part due to incorrect engine details or misidentification:
- The item is not eligible for refund.
- We encourage customers to confirm part compatibility with us before purchasing.
We are an e-commerce parts supplier and do not cover errors related to installation, diagnostics, or incorrect part selection.
4. Return Process
If your item qualifies for return:
- Contact us at sales@deutzreservedelesales within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Provide your:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo or video evidence (damaged or incorrect item)
- Wait for our approval and return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Unauthorized or unapproved returns will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item), we cover the return shipping.
- If the return is due to customer error, the customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Any additional handling fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Refunds apply to product price only; shipping fees are not refundable.
- Refunds may be refused if the item shows signs of use, installation, damage, or missing parts.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos or video of the damaged product and packaging.
- We will replace the item or issue a refund once verified.
Claims made after 48 hours cannot be honored due to shipping carrier policies.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package does not arrive:
- Contact us with your order number.
- We will investigate with the carrier.
- Replacement or refund will be issued only after the carrier confirms loss.
